Here at Just Like Family, we understand that in our fast-paced society, finding the time can be a challenge - that's why our service is designed to take the pressure from you. One of our friendly team members will take care of everything, collecting your items from your home, and then delivering your laundered items straight to your door once complete, making your life that little bit easier.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our online form to schedule a collection
2. Fill our collection bags with your laundry (any special items needing seperate wash will incur a $5 fee per bag - these should be separated in smaller plastic bags within your collection bag)
3. Leave your laundry bags at your doorstep for contactless collection​
4. Our friendly staff will complete your laundry service - washed, dried, folded or hung (first x10 hangers can be provided at commencement of your service free of charge, additional hangers will be charged at $2 for pack of x10 and reused)
5. Your fresh laundry will be delivered straight to your door within 48hrs
